This 140-unit infill housing project provides roof deck amenity spaces and on-podium garden laneways for residents as well as an enhanced streetscape and adjacent street-park as a gift to the community. The roof deck provides space for recreation and amenities, while also managing all of the site’s stormwater. Sculptural lighting elements in the laneways create variation and identity, while providing crucial illumination for safety and wayfinding.
