220 Park is located on the site of a historic post office in downtown Burlingame, California. The project retains a portion of the existing building’s façade while seamlessly integrating a new, contemporary multi-story office building with vibrant restaurants at the ground floor, along with below-grade parking. The landscape design includes new streetscapes, a pedestrian paseo, and amphitheater seating fronting a new town square.
