This project in the SOMA district of San Francisco includes two residential towers fronting a ground level on-structure plaza at the corner of 4th and Townsend Streets. The project also includes streetscape design as well as five on-structure roof terraces, which will provide shared residential open space serving recreational and amenity purposes for the buildings’ occupants.
