Designed as a prominent downtown San Jose landmark, the 20-story office tower’s facade, six roof terraces, and streetscape are designed to attract high-value building users. Bionic is leading the design of the streetscape and roof terraces.

The streetscape is designed as a continuation of the building facade, with an articulated paving pattern that interacts with ground floor retail program for an active pedestrian experience between the City View development and San Pedro square. The building massing is strategically punctuated with multi-level terraces that provide quality outdoor access with vistas of the Bay Area in all directions. These terraces are designed for outdoor dining, lounging and work, to augment and enhance the workplace experience and to support post-pandemic strategies employed throughout the project for workplace safety.
