Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Bank of Italy Building is a 14-story tower located in the heart of downtown San Jose. The project reimagines this historic building as a residential tower, retaining its original features and charm, while also introducing new design elements including amenity terraces, new entries and streetscape improvements. These features elegantly fill programmatic gaps while modernizing the building and bringing it up to date.
