Horton Plaza is a welcoming space within the new Emery Yards development. Planters with seating define a series of outdoor rooms that accommodate gatherings of different sizes. The plaza brings much needed publicly-accessible open space to this expanding urban district connecting Emery Yards with the South Bayfront Bridge for a direct pedestrian and bicycle connection to west Emeryville and the nearby Bay Street development.
